Since my expertise is in how the brain works, my video this month is about how the brain causes people to feel Anxiety and about the toll of feeling so much Stress. In the video, I talk about how NLP can help people change the way trauma is coded in the brain, undo the wiring which holds the memory in the brain and create new neural pathways so that the person no longer gets triggered to feel current Anxiety.
